1. SERVICES:

 

The Instructor will perform the services described below:

 

You will receive intensive instructions on preparation of State Boards. The discussions will include various disease processes, effects of multi-failure complications, normal vs. abnormal by way of using assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation. This review will teach you how to use your critical thinking skills more effectively in order to prepare you for your future PRUDENT endeavors as a nurse.

 

2. TIME OF COMPLETION:

 

Which month do you plan to attend the Review Course?

In addition, the Instructor will be available by phone, fax, or email up to and until, the Student has taken State Boards.

 

3. PAYMENT:

 

The Student shall make a $575.00 up front payment, for a 1 month session (6 hrs. each session, Tuesday and Wednesday), no refunds. The payment includes the initial $150.00 non-refundable reservation fee.

 

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS:

 

(a) If a party to this Service Agreement fails to perform according to its obligations hereunder (the non-performance party) will send the non-performing party written notice by certified mail, specifying the manner of non-performance. In the event of default on payment, Student agrees to pay Instructor’s attorney fees and costs for collection.

 

(b) The Student shall not tape, video, or share any of the course material, whether material given by the Instructor or personal notes of the Students to anyone outside of the review.

 

(c) The completion of this course DOES NOT GUARANTEE a passing status of the State Board. However, to increase your chance of passing Boards the first time, it is imperative that you NOT miss any review sessions.

 

(d) Although a calendar of class dates and times are given the first day of
class, the instructor reserves the right to change future dates and times.
